Position Description: Protingent Staffing has an exciting contract Technical Customer Support Specialist opportunity.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support distributors and company’s Law Enforcement AED program
- Includes but is not limited to the pad program, AED setup, Lifelink central setup, technical support for distributors and the AED program
- Provide higher level support for the distributors.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree preferred
- AED or LIFENET data experience preferred
- IT experience
- Customer service experience
- Strong problem solving abilities.

- Job Type: Contract
- Pay Rate: $36.37/h
- Location: Redmond, WA(Hybrid)
- ITAR obligations are associated with this role, U.S. citizenship, U.S. legal permanent resident status, or protected person status under 8 U.S.C. § 1324b(a) (1), (3) is required.
