Subcontract Administrator
Job Description
Position Description: Protingent Staffing has an exciting contract Subcontract Administrator opportunity located in Louisville, CO.
Job Responsibilities:
- Developing subcontract agreements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, negotiating contract terms, and managing supplier relationships.
- Should have a basic understanding of subcontracting principles and processes, familiarity with standard subcontracting terminology and documentation, and a willingness to learn and grow in the field.
- Will prepare, negotiate, and administer subcontracts while supporting the monitoring of subcontractor performance to ensure compliance with contract terms.
- Will maintain subcontract files, ensuring proper documentation, and provide support for the resolution of subcontractor issues and disputes.
- Will develop subcontract agreements in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
- Managing supplier relationships to ensure effective communication and performance will also be a key responsibility.
- Will assist in the close-out process of subcontracts, ensuring all terms and conditions have been met.
Job Qualifications:
- Requires Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree).
- 1-2 years of experience.
- Knowledgeable of Microsoft suite of products.
- Basic understanding of subcontracting principles and processes.
- Familiarity with standard subcontracting terminology and documentation.
- Awareness of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Basic project management and administrative skills.
- Good communication skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
Job Details:
- Job Type: Contract
- Location: Louisville, CO.
- Pay Rate: $35-45/hr.
- Due to government contract requirements, this position is restricted to U.S. Citizens only.
