Position Title: Recruitment Coordinator
Position Description: Protingent Staffing has an exciting Recruitment Coordinator contract opportunity located in Union City, CA.
Job Description:
- The Recruitment Coordinator will primarily support the Talent Acquisition team in all areas of recruiting, including scheduling interviews, processing background checks, responding to day-to-day questions, documentation needs, data entry, a variety of HR administrative tasks and special projects.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the recruiting function with administrative tasks that include but are not limited to the following: applicant tracking, interview scheduling, requisition creation, manage background checks, new onboarding process, and weekly update of the staffing report.
- Act as point of contact for candidates throughout the interview scheduling process.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Managers and hiring managers to ensure a great candidate experience.
- Assist in sourcing candidates and research of competitors and industry organizations to identify candidates.
- This position will assist the HR Director and other appropriate decision makers on any changes that need to be made to make the process more efficient and better understood by employees
- Monitor, create and maintain appropriate employee documentation processes as it pertains to the hiring and selection process, new hires, and Job Data change forms.
- Work across all levels of the organization and be ready to be an effective team player.
- Apply a methodical, but personalized approach to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Understand, follow and support internal Quality System policies, procedures and work instructions including but not limited to applicable external regulations (21 Code of Federal Regulations Part 820 Quality System Regulations and applicable International Standards).
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years in an administrative role; 2-year minimum experience preferably in recruiting or HR Administration
- Associate degree in Business Administration, HR management or related field preferred.
- Working knowledge of Human Resource administrative practices and recruiting procedures
- Familiarity with Microsoft Suite (Excel, MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated experience working with a full spectrum HRIS system, including Self-Service, ATS, TMS, etc.
- Ability to partner and gain cooperation of other functional groups within the company, establish, and maintain good working relationships across the organization.
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment with strong prioritization skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong presentation, project and organizational skills.
- Excellent customer focus with a high sense of urgency and accuracy to attain results. Ability to provide excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.
- Ability to establish and accomplish goals independently and to function as a positive and productive team member.
- Proactive by nature and willing to bring ideas and suggestions forward
- Apply HR knowledge to be a strong and reliable partner with the business.
Job Details:
- Job Type: Contract
- Location: Union City, CA.
- Pay Rate Range: $20-$24/hr.
