Position Description: Protingent Staffing has an exciting contract opportunity for a RPA Automation Anywhere Architect located either in New York or Boston.
Job Responsibilities:
- Create SDD and Design end to end RPA solution based on customer requirements
- Define Effort Estimation/ Complexity Models (Build Assets/Templates)
- Participate in scoping a project for new and existing clients
- Identify the type of resources required and the timeline to deliver a solution to a granular level.
- Take ownership from the technical side to ensure the project is delivered within the estimated hours
- Have the ability to be engaged in multiple projects in tandem.
- Work with the business analyst to review the Process Definition Document and proactively identify any challenges that may delay delivery of the project.
- Work to create a future state of the process once the project is implemented by integration business and technical best practices.
- Review and Revise the Solution Design Document Created by the Developer
- Work with the client's business and IT team to articulate the implications of design/architectural decisions and ensure the Solution Design Document is accepted.
- Ensure a sustainable solution is delivered. This includes ensuring a modular development is utilized with an emphasis on reusability.
- Manage implementation of the solution with a focus on identifying and removing development obstacles
- Engage with key client stakeholders to scale and expand the solution within their organization.
- Review and introduce best practices and standards for upgrades, patching, backups, network changes, designs, etc.)
- Perform hands-on Automation Development as required by the project team
- Proactively minimize the need for any process redesign or change in requirements.
- Ensure RPA processes are running to their full effectiveness, able to analyze & optimize processes Solution Architect – Automation Anywhere:
- Analyze and introduction of new tools, methods and technologies that can be applied to Smart Automation area.
- Participate in scoping a project for new and existing clients

- Review and Revise the Solution Design Document Created by the Developer
- Build, configure and manage environments for the RPA platform: BOT Agents, infrastructure (control room, orchestrator, servers, Database, etc.) and ensure efficiency in BOTs utilization, providing cost benefits & savings.
- Manage day to day challenges such as access issues, obtaining business requirements, IT approvals, troubleshooting, and coordination with the automation platform vendor team as required.
- Perform Quality Control and Code Reviews
- Manage change orders for the project.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science Background or a related field
- Overall, 8-10 years’ experience in IT consulting including the above-mentioned experience and 5+ years minimum hands-on experience in Automation Anywhere tool. Experience in UiPath is a plus
- Must have completed A360 Master certification
- Experience in programming and scripting (Java/.Net/JS/VBS/JavaScript/Python/Powershell). At minimum Visual Basics / Dot Net Basics.
- Experience in the RPA platform functionalities with strong coding/development in multiple RPA tools like Automation Anywhere.
- 5-6 years’ experience in RPA as a Sr. Developer or Lead Developer
- 1-2 years’ experience as a Solution Architect
- Experience implementing at least 20 medium and complex projects for multiple clients.
- Solid understanding of BOT infrastructure and Robotic Operating Model
- Credential Manager, Schedulers, Code Reviews, Load Balancers, Control Room
- Importing/Exporting Code from one Environment to another
- Windows clients/Virtual machines
- All Relevant Master RPA certifications (Automation Anywhere or UiPath or Blue Prism).
- Up to date with the emerging technologies within process automation (Attended Automation, AI, NLP & OCR capabilities)
- Experience in setting up A360 infrastructure with load balancer and high availability.
- Experience in Bot Insights
- Experience in AARI & CoPilot
- Experience in IQ bot/Document automation
- Experience in Workload Management
- In-Depth knowledge in SQL and database
- Experience in working with Control Room APIs, Workload Management
- Experience in Setting up CI/CD pipeline.
- Take ownership of strategy, design, development, and deployment of automation solutions such as RPA
- Serve as the lead who will kick of projects and ensure that all requirements are met to commence work.
- Develop RPA technology-enabled solutions that address the needs of large organizations, including how to implement technology solutions to help streamline organizational needs
- Build smart process automation through robotics, application architecture, rationalization and enablement, solution design at platform and architectural levels, software development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.

Desired Skills:
- Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps is desired.
- Python, Java, and SQL experience preferred
- Ability to develop CI/CD framework across RPA platform from build phase to production deployment using tools like GITHUB/GITHUB Actions/Jenkins
- Other technologies certification or experience (AI, chatbots, programming languages, Infrastructure, Database (Oracle & MS SQL, LDAP).
- Experience building, configuring, and running cloud-based software systems
- Experience with support and operations for business-critical enterprise software applications
- Experience with networks and distributed applications.

- Location: Onsite (Must sit in either New York or Boston)
- Pay Rate Range: Market Rate/DOE
- ITAR obligations are associated with this role, U.S. citizenship, U.S. legal permanent resident status, or protected person status under 8 U.S.C. § 1324b(a) (1), (3) is required.
