Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- First article Inspections
- WO review and closure
- Non-conformance Reviews
- Some minor inspections
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum of a B.S. in engineering
- Prior experience in Aerospace is a must
- 5+ years of experience
- Quality assurance experience in production environment. Aerospace, space launch, military/commercial aviation preferred
- Familiarity with AS9100 or ISO9001 Quality Management System and/or related quality systems and programs
- Material review board, first article inspection, and knowledge of GD&T experience preferred
- Work order review experience is a must
- Good communications skills
- MS Office is required as everything is done electronically
Desired Job Qualifications:
- Knowledge of subassembly and final assembly of aerospace hardware.
- Knowledge of Weld and NDT practices
- Precision Measurement Science fundamentals
- Proficient in the fundamentals of GD&T.
- Quality performance measurement analysis capabilities
- RCA fundamentals
- Quality assurance experience in rocket engine production environment
- Quality Management System audit experience
- Six Sigma Green, Black Belt, or comparable certification
Job Details:

- Location: Huntsville, AL
- Pay Range: $62-$66/hr
- ITAR obligations are associated with this role, U.S. citizenship, U.S. legal permanent resident status, or protected person status under 8 U.S.C. § 1324b(a) (1), (3) is required.
