Job Description
Position Title: Project Manager
Position Description: Protingent Staffing has an exciting direct hire opportunity for a Project Manager - Design Technology with our client located in San Jose, California.
Job Responsibilities:
• Provide local technical support together with domain experts as required.
• Build relationships and trust with customers through technical interaction.
• Understand customers’ products, roadmaps and technical needs in order to find an optimum solution for both the customer and client
• Drive multiple teams to develop competitive and creative technical solutions, while ensuring efficient use of clients resources.
• Ensure clear and accurate external and internal communication.
• Work closely with the Account Teams to position the value of client’s technologies.
• Perform other duties as assigned including special projects and administrative responsibilities.
Job Qualifications:
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar with 7+ years of industry experience.
• In depth Design and Technology knowledge in a number of the following areas: Digital, Analog, Mixed-Signal, Automotive, HV/BCD.
• Self-motivated with an innately curious personality and a desire to learn.
• Proven problem solver with a strong technical background and a holistic approach.
• Fundamental understanding of semiconductor technology, design methodology, EDA and IP.
• Effective presenter and communicator with strong oral and written English abilities.
• Able to lead in-depth technical discussions, ask questions and be a good listener.
• Able to effectively position and present technology to different audiences.
• Proven project/program management abilities.

Job Details:
- Direct Hire
- Salary Range: $115,500-$217,500 (DOE)
