Position Description: Protingent Staffing has an exciting Contract Program Manager opportunity located in Bellevue, WA
Job Responsibilities:
- This role bridges technical project management and process improvement within a product lifecycle management (PLM) environment. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to identify operational pain points, drive process optimization, and ensure effective documentation and lifecycle management of products and components.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in Teamcenter PLM for lifecycle management, bill of materials (BOM), and documentation control.
- Partner with engineering and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, review workflows, and identify areas for process improvement.
- Facilitate and manage the report back / burn down process to track project progress, blockers, and resolution plans.
Job Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Teamcenter PLM in a manufacturing, engineering, or technical environment.
- Strong understanding of BOM structures, change management, and lifecycle states.
- Familiarity with TPM principles and how they intersect with PLM systems and engineering documentation.
- Background in engineering or technical project management; ability to understand and communicate engineering concepts effectively.
- Experience driving process improvement initiatives and documenting best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; proven ability to collaborate with engineering and technical teams.
- Comfortable working with data-driven tools and tracking project progress through burn down reports or similar metrics.

- Location: Bellevue, WA.
- Pay Rate Range: $70-90/hr.
- Must be US Citizen
