Position Description: Protingent Staffing has an exciting direct hire opportunity for Physical Therapist with our client that is located in Ronceverte, WV.
Job Description:
- As a Physical Therapist in an inpatient setting, you will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive rehabilitation services to patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve mobility, function, and quality of life.
- Treat patients with neurological conditions, orthopedic injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation needs, and other acute medical conditions.
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop an integrated approach to patient care.
- Educate patients and caregivers on rehabilitation exercises, safety measures, and ongoing therapy needs.
Job Qualification:
- Education: A graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- License: An active or eligible West Virginia license to practice as a Physical Therapist (PT)
- Experience: New grads are welcome! Outpatient experience is a plus, but we value passion and commitment to patient care.
