Job Description
Position Description: Protingent Staffing has an exciting Contract Mechanical Engineer opportunity located in Roseville, CA.
Job Responsibilities:
- Utilize Catia V5 to refine and complete aircraft designs.
- Provide detailed engineering documentation including dimensions and specifications for supplier production.
- Collaborate with internal teams to finalize designs and ensure project deadlines are met.
- Support the overall development and production process of aircraft components and systems.
Job Qualifications:
- 8+ years of mechanical engineering experience in the aerospace industry (aircraft-specific, not space-related).
- Proficiency in Catia V5 (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of aircraft systems and components.
- Understand and apply ASME Y14.5.
- Participate in internal tabletop reviews to gather design and drawing information.
Job Details:
- Job Type: Contract
- Location: Roseville, CA.
- Pay Rate Range: $50-70/hr.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
