Position Description: Protingent Staffing has an exciting direct hire opportunity for Marketing & Business Development Coordinator/Copywriter with our client that is located in Atlanta or St. Louis.

Job Description:

Marketing and Business Development Coordinator with strong copywriting skills to join our team to craft compelling content that elevates client’s brand, supports client engagement and drives business growth.
Working as a collaborative member of the firm’s shared support team in ‘The Hub’, this role will provide general and written support across a broad range of exciting business development and marketing initiatives and projects.
The Hub team offers agile assistance, delivering valuable additional and flexible support to work on priority clients, practice/sector groups and markets, as the need arises.

Job Responsibilities:

Content creation: Developing high quality, persuasive content for a variety of channels, including articles, client alerts, firm publications, client pitches, newsletters and social media
Brand storytelling: Articulating the firm’s value proposition, expertise and market positioning through clear, engaging narratives, tailored to target audiences
Content strategy: Contributing to the development of a firmwide content strategy, aligned with marketing and BD goals and ensuring consistency and brand integrity
BD Support: Collaborating with partners and marketing and BD colleagues to produce tailored marketing materials that support client acquisition and retention efforts
Marketing Campaigns: Working with a wider team to support marketing campaigns, including content generation. This might include working with brand and design, updating invitations, supporting events, mailshots, communications, website updates and social media posts
Communications: Helping the team with internal communications, creating client alerts and posts using standard templates, tracking activity and assisting with reporting
Digital, social media and website: Ensuring content is fully optimized for search engine visibility and posting content onto website pages and social media platforms
Presentations: Updating and editing client and internal presentations
Global Support: Acting as part of a wider global team who collaborate and support each other on a global basis
Quality Control and Compliance: Ensuring all content complies with BCLP’s brand guidelines and confidentiality requirements.

Job Qualifications:

Degree educated, ideally with a Marketing (CIM), Journalism or copywriting qualification
Professional services background
Proven record of producing high-impact marketing and BD content
Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail
Ability to craft compelling narratives that support business objectives
Self-motivated, proactive and highly organized
Happy to work flexibly with agility across the business
Able to manage competing priorities, requiring multi-tasking and working to tight deadlines
Enthusiastic and eager to learn
Professional, confident and at ease with all seniority levels

Job Details:

Job Type: Direct Hire
Salary Range: $54K-$70K
Location: Atlanta, GA. or St. Louis, MI.
