Position Title: Manager, Global CRM Strategy & Programs

Position Description: Protingent Staffing has an exciting contract opportunity for Manager, Global CRM Strategy & Programs with our client that is fully remote.

Job Description: As a key member of the Digital team, you will be at the forefront of driving the digital transformation by developing strategies and programs that seek to establish direct relationships with our B2C and B2B audiences. Collaborating across various functions, including the CRM Platform Lead, Creative, Data & Insights, and Regional Marketing, you will create, manage, and execute cutting edge audience engagement initiatives.

Strategy & Planning:

• Develop and deploy a holistic CRM Strategy for all the audience segments - B2C and B2B - working cross-functionally to bring programs to life.
• Deliver a Global CRM Playbook that can be localized by Regional Marketing teams to fit their specific audience needs.
• Work with stakeholders within the Business Units to develop programs that meet the needs of their business and their audience.
• Create and identify segments and audiences to target for campaigns.
• Manage content planning, creation, & curation - supported by creative & copywriting team.
• Serve as our subject matter expert on digital direct marketing best practices.
• Partner with the CRM Platform Manager to identify opportunities to evolve our direct marketing practices through new working processes, tools, and services.

Implementation:

• Manage email marketing programs for B2B and B2C audiences, covering content delivery, testing, launch, and iteration.
• Work with Digital Platform leads (websites and apps) to align on multi-channel journeys where CRM plays a role.
• Define requirements for automated journeys to service customer journeys, leveraging data from our CDP and CRM to inform marketing automation triggers.
• Build & execute robust experimentation roadmap to optimize content and user journeys.
• Analytics, Reporting, & Optimization
• Work with the Data & Insights team and agency partners to identify KPIs.
• Establish process for leveraging insights to continuously improve program performance to exceed KPIs.
• Consistently monitor marketing channel KPIs, including engagement and conversion rates.
• Analyze data, make optimization recommendations, and implement changes to maximize results.

Primary KPIs:

• Global CRM Database Growth
• Global CRM Database Retention
• Campaign Performance Metrics - CTR to Register, CPA
• Email Marketing Engagement Metrics - Open Rate, CTR to content, Response Rate to surveys, sweeps, Event registration rate, % Active Members.

Job Qualifications:

• A relevant degree from university, advertising school or similar
• 5+ years of CRM, email marketing, marketing automation experience through a content strategy lens from an agency or client-side
• Expert experience working with enterprise email platforms and marketing automation tools such as Adobe Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua (or similar)
• Solid experience with content strategy for digital channels
• Versed in CRM, loyalty, marketing automation, and omni-channel strategy development and implementation.
• Experience with app push notifications and in app messaging services like Firebase a plus
• Experience using a CDP and GA4 to extract key insights and inform digital marketing strategies
• Ability to design and implement A/B tests.
• Full understanding of global email standards and regulations including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and others
• Track record of partnership & collaboration, providing strategic guidance to stakeholders & client groups
• Experience managing clients in an agency environment or across a matrixed organization.

Job Details:

• Contract: 12 months
• Pay Rate: $70 - $78 / hr
• Location: Fully Remote but candidate should be flexible on schedule since most of the team is in San Francisco.
