Position Description: Protingent Staffing has an exciting contract opportunity for an experienced Machine Operator with our client located in Seattle, WA.
Job Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and monitor machines according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Perform routine machine adjustments to maintain product quality and efficiency.
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality specifications.
- Conduct regular equipment checks, troubleshooting, and minor repairs.
- Maintain accurate production records, including output, downtime, and material usage.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
- Report any machine malfunctions or quality issues promptly to the supervisor.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Job Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical training or certification is a plus).
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator or in a manufacturing/production environment preferred.
- Basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and understand technical documents, blueprints, or schematics.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Physical ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Willingness to work shifts, overtime, and weekends as required.

- Pay Rate Range: $30-35/hr.
- Location: Seattle, WA.
