Position Description: Protingent Staffing has an exciting contract Lead Trainer, Manufacturing opportunity locted in Redmond, WA.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate/lead the Smart ERP training requirements with our workstream leads.
- Coordinate training sessions with power users and training the trainers.
- Delivers and tracks technical training
- Establishes training and education modules and ensure consistency in the delivery of technical training and on-boarding
- Provides train-the-trainer program and qualifies all area trainers for content delivery
- Partners with the functional area, develops training materials, and knowledge assessments, for area standard operation procedures (SOP) and coordinates knowledge assessment
- Utilizes training authoring and multimedia tools and software for assigned development projects
- Keeps abreast of training and development research, learning theory, motivation theory, and new materials, methods, and techniques
- 5+ years of experience in training capacity
- ERP Training Experience
- SAP experience
- Ability to understand Stryker training content.
- Locations: Redmond, WA
- Contract
- Pay Rate Range: $41-45/h
