Position Title:  Inside Sales Manager

Position Description:  Protingent Staffing has an exciting direct hire opportunity with our client in Chicago, Illinois.

Job Requirements:
  • Discover new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, researching accounts, identifying key executives and in general, Account Based Marketing techniques in order to support the numbers to be achived in the Central Region
  • Understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Work closely and take direction from the Regional Sales Manager in order to achieve quarterly quotas and Annual Quotas
  • Maintain and expand our database of leads and opportunities.
  • Team with account managers, direct sales, and business partners to build a pipeline.
  • Perform effective online demos to prospects.
  • Prepare and adhere to an individually designed sales plan.
  • Determine best processes and metrics to manage the US Insides Sales team
  • Work closely with the VP of WW Sales, Marketong and Business Operations to automate the repeatbale process needed to achieve numbers and report on the KPI’ s needed

Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor' s degree or higher.
  • Demonstrable sales experience, success with phone sales and technology products highly valued.
  • Proven record of success, experience with software and SaaS sales models a plus.
  • Ability to travel if necessary to support sales calls and marketing events.
  • Reside or willing to relocate within 60 miles of Chicago.
  • Strong phone presence
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools and web presentation tools
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Strong listening and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Able to operate in a high growth environment where policies, procedures and established practice are rapidly evolving.
  • High energy, strong work ethic.
