Position Description: Protingent Staffing has an exciting direct hire opportunity for an IT Product Analyst III for our client located in Burbank, CA. Hybrid role.
Job Responsibilities:
- This IT Product Analyst III is an individual contributor who works with limited supervision and is responsible for developing, testing, supporting and maintaining our client's Oracle applications and tools.
Conduct end-user training upon completion of software solutions - Prepare technical documents, action plans and design specifications and other solution documents as needed
- Attend meetings with peers to gather requirements for new applications, or modifications to existing application
- Demonstrate the ability to respond to user issues in a timely manner to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Responsible for working Oracle enhancements request, identifying new solution, and providing general support to address break fixes
- Code, test, and troubleshoot Oracle applications as assigned utilizing the appropriate software, hardware, database, and programming technologies
- Be responsible for configuring, implementing, and maintaining oracle modules and solutions
- Maintain, enhance, and augment the core capabilities of the Oracle ERP and/or Cloud applications
- Collaborate with business and colleagues to design solutions and interfaces that align with business initiatives
- Be available for occasional weekend and off hours on call support for critical Sev1 issues and scheduled activities
- Any other tasks as assigned by supervisor or management
- Responsible for mentoring and knowledge transfer to less experienced team members
- Provide support for project planning, implementation and training for new applications and upgrade
- Ability to manage projects from start to finish
- Ability to independently manage complex implementations and small to midsize projects
- Conduct level 2 support for deployed solutions
- Interface with cross functional teams and end users at multiple sites for requirements gathering, data mapping, testing and verification, user training, and to communicate project status
- Modify standard software and applications to meet specified functional requirements.
- BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5 years or more experience developing, testing, supporting and maintaining Oracle applications and tools and/or Cloud Applications
- Previous experience interfacing with cross functional teams and end users at multiple sites for requirements gathering, data mapping, testing and verification, user training, and to communicate project status.
- Previous experience or familiar with Depot repair, quality, and/or manufacturing
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
- Self-driven and self-directed with a great attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong interest in efficiency and continuous improvement
- Ability to work independently in a distributed team
- Proven leadership ability, including demonstrated ability to consult with functional leaders and other IT product analysts and administrators
- Documentation writing skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in E-Business Suite R12/11i with Supply Chain, Finance, Discrete Manufacturing, and/or Service modules specific knowledge per job requirement
- Experience with Oracle Fusion a plus
- Basic SQL
Job Details:
- Job Type- Direct Hire FTE
- Hybrid w/ 2 days of WFH
- Location: Burbank, CA
- Salary: $136,572 to $166,712 plus annual percentage bonus
- An offer of employment is contingent on successfully passing a drug test and background check, and applicants who do not successfully pass both the drug test and background check will not be considered for employment.
