Position Description: Protingent Staffing has an exciting direct hire opportunity for Speech Language Pathologist with our client that is located in Paducah, KY.
Job Description:
- As a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a key role in a collaborative and supportive setting—assessing, diagnosing, and treating children with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders using your clinical expertise.
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized therapy to pediatric patients with speech delays, language disorders, articulation issues, and other communication challenges.
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans focused on enhancing children's communication and swallowing skills.
- Collaborate closely with parents, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and optimal outcomes for each child.
Job Requirements:
- Education: A graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
- License: An active or eligible state license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Experience: New grads are welcome! Outpatient experience is a plus, but we value passion and commitment to patient care.

- Salary Range: $75K-$80K
