Position Description: Protingent Staffing has an exciting contract Hardware Lab Infrastructure PM opportunity located in Hillsboro Oregon.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Hardware lab Technical Program Managers (TPMs) to facilitate global new lab builds and upgrades, ensuring alignment with project timelines and requirements.
- Coordinate with global Real Estate & Security (RE&S), Network, OSHA teams, as well as General Contractors and MEPs, to develop and finalize lab construction designs, adhering to relevant regulations and standards.
- Liaise with multiple site lab managers to assess and address Hardware lab infrastructure requirements, ensuring consistency and efficiency across different locations.
- Interface with global manufacturers to procure and install lab equipment infrastructure, managing the procurement process and ensuring timely delivery and installation.
- Provide support to engineering teams by covering lab support gaps, including engineering team support, lab site management, logistics, and operations.
- Act as a point of contact for any issues or concerns related to lab infrastructure, working closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve issues promptly.
- Continuously assess and improve lab infrastructure processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Proven experience in project coordination or management, preferably in the context of lab infrastructure or construction projects.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate activities across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with construction and infrastructure design principles, including knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
- Ability to collaborate with global teams and vendors, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and effective cross-cultural communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy in project execution and documentation.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software is preferred.

- Pay Rate Range: $80/hour.
- ITAR obligations are associated with this role, U.S. citizenship, U.S. legal permanent resident status, or protected person status under 8 U.S.C. § 1324b(a) (1), (3) is required.
