Position Description: Protingent Staffing has an exciting direct hire opportunity for Financial Services Disputes and Investigations Associate, with our client that is located in Seattle, WA.
Project Description:
- The position offers the chance for significant responsibility and participation in all phases of litigation, with a focus on Financial Services Disputes and Investigations, including white collar criminal matters, corporate internal investigations, civil regulatory investigations and enforcement actions, and False Claims Act cases.
- Our client offer the opportunity to defend global companies with complex, cutting-edge legal issues in all aspects of case development, including being part of high-stakes trial teams.
Job Responsibilities:
- Complex litigation experience within a big law firm setting.
- Highly developed research and writing skills.
- Preferred Experience includes handling motions, depositions, and assisting in all stages of discovery and trial work.
- Experience as a federal or state prosecutor or federal criminal defense lawyer.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, superior analytical skills, and the ability to manage client engagements.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, team player, strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple priorities and assume a high degree of responsibility.
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience.
- Bachelor’s Law degree required
Job Details:
- Job Type: Direct Hire
- Salary Range: $215K-$290K.
- Location: Seattle, WA.
