Position Description: Protingent Staffing has an exciting contract Equipment Delivery Coordinator opportunity.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handoff Tracking and Management:
- Monitor and document the completion of information handoffs between technical teams and stakeholders.
- Handoffs encompass, but are not limited to:
- Tracking document distribution commitments and forecasting adherence to ensure timely delivery and communication.
- Distributing vendor documentation in alignment with the planned sharing protocols.
- Comparing equipment required on-site dates with the planned delivery schedules to ensure alignment.
- Sharing internal design details effectively between teams to support project needs. Ensure alignment on scheduled commitments and deadlines for handoffs.
- Coordinate across teams to understand specific handoff requirements.
- Facilitation and Mitigation:
- Lead efforts to facilitate handoffs by resolving bottlenecks and addressing process gaps.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks to scheduled handoffs by proposing corrective actions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with technical teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure all required data and documentation for equipment delivery is accurate and complete.
- Serve as a liaison between teams to streamline communication and resolve issues.
- Execution Support:
- Support the Equipment Delivery Integration Manager in tracking progress toward equipment delivery milestones.
- Contribute to the development of workflows to enhance efficiency and quality in delivery processes.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Provide regular status updates and reports on handoff completion and delivery progress.
- Maintain accurate records of handoff processes to inform decision-making and future planning.
- Maintain outward-facing tracking via Jira and Power BI tools
- Manage Equipment Delivery Action Tracking – driving actions to closure across the organization.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project coordination, supply chain management, or a related role.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, Agile).
- Proven ability to manage complex workflows and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience working within cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of nuclear or related heavy industry equipment delivery processes is a plus.
- Familiarity with Jira, Power BI, and Confluence
- Strong communication skills are desired.
- The service provider will possess a high degree of trust and integrity, communicate openly and display respect, and have a desire to foster teamwork.
- Travel Required: 10-20%.
Job Details:
- Job Type: Contract
- Pay Rate Range: $52-$85/hr.
- Location: Bellevue, WA.
- Export control regulations require candidates to be a U.S. Citizen, a U.S. Legal Permanent Resident, or of a protected person status
