Position Description: Protingent Staffing has an exciting contract Enterprise Transformation Consultant opportunity with our client located in Lehi, UT.
Job Description:
- As an Enterprise Transformation Consultant, you will play a critical role in transforming the end-to-end customer experience through scalable systems, data-driven insights, and enterprise-wide process integration.
- This is a senior-level, strategic, and hands-on consulting role at the intersection of Customer Experience (CX), Digital Commerce, and Enterprise Systems, requiring end-to-end process ownership, cross-system thinking, and functional leadership.
- You’ll serve as a key driver of transformation across platforms such as Configure, Price, Quote, Enterprise Resource Planning, Subscription Revenue Management, ServiceNow, Gainsight, and Master Data Management tools.
- You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver future-state workflows and technical alignment across quoting, fulfillment, install, support, and renewals—ensuring that solutions are global, scalable, and aligned to CX operational goals.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead enterprise-wide process discovery and redesign across Customer Experience (Technical Services, Advanced Services, Customer Success, Education, Portfolio, and Renewals) and other stakeholder orgs such as Sales Ops, Finance, and IT.
- Translate business objectives into future-state workflows, system integration requirements, and tooling solutions across CPQ, ERP, SRM, ServiceNow, and Gainsight ecosystems.
- Own the definition of As-Is and To-Be process models, including stakeholder interviews, RACI clarification, and system dependency mapping.
- Collaborate with technical and functional teams to define user stories, functional specs, and acceptance criteria, driving alignment across tools and business objectives.
- Partner closely with the Digital Transformation Group OCM (Organizational Change Management) team to co-develop outputs such as test cases, role-based enablement materials, and change impact assessments.
- Participate in the transition from legacy systems (e.g., KeyedIn) to scalable enterprise-grade solutions such as ServiceNow, ensuring continuity across customer lifecycle phases.
- Conduct validation checks to identify cross-system gaps, such as those related to revenue recognition, subscription billing, and asset-subscription linkages (e.g., Lifecycle Services True-Up).
- Ensure comprehensive stakeholder inclusion across functional areas (e.g., Customer Success / Advance Services, Finance, Sales Ops, CX Partners).
- Lead and support UAT planning, test script creation, and downstream process validation, providing tangible outputs to inform OCM training strategies.
- Support New Process Introduction (NPI) tracking, confirming stakeholder readiness and system accuracy through post-implementation reviews.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, MDM teams (e.g., Reltio), and Data Governance to ensure alignment with system models for Customer, Asset, Product, and Partner domains.
- Leverage Gainsight and CX data insights to align system touchpoints with customer journey metrics (adoption, renewals, support responsiveness).
- Document and visualize process flows using Lucidchart, Visio, or similar tools.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years in senior consulting, business architecture, or transformation roles within enterprise environments—preferably in Customer Experience, Sales, or Services organizations.
- Proven experience leading complex, multi-system implementations spanning CPQ (e.g., Salesforce CPQ), ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and SRM (e.g., Zuora).
- Demonstrated success owning full lifecycle transformations, from discovery to design, through test and change management execution.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow workflows, especially for Professional Services, Field Services, and Support.
- Familiarity with Gainsight, including health scoring, success planning, and customer journey integration.
- Experience with Master Data Management tools (e.g., Reltio) and understanding of data model interdependencies across customer, asset, and product domains.
- Strong documentation, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience operating in Agile environments with tools such as Jira.
- Strong communication and change management awareness, with experience collaborating with Organizational Change teams (OCM).
- Experience in high-growth SaaS or subscription-based business models.
- Familiarity with the relevant platforms, tools, and processes.
- Certifications in Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, or Gainsight are highly desirable.
- Expert-level skills with Lucidchart, Visio, or similar process visualization tools.
- Proven ability to connect business workflows to enterprise tooling in a way that scales globally.

- Pay Rate: $75 - $84 an hour
