Electrical Engineering Manager

Job Description
• Lead and manage the electrical engineering team, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of projects.
• Oversee the design and development of control panels and industrial circuits, ensuring compliance with industry standards, UL508A, NFPA 79, and client specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, innovative electrical systems solutions.
• Utilize AutoCAD Electrical software to create detailed schematics, diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Conduct regular reviews of project progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Provide technical expertise and support to the team, resolving complex engineering challenges.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the electrical engineering department.
Job Qualifications:
• Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in control panel design.
• Strong understanding of UL508A and NFPA 79
• Ability to program PLCs. HMIs, Controllers, and VFDs
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical
• Proven leadership experience in managing an engineering team.
• Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Job Details:
• Direct Hire
• Salary Range: $120K-$150K
• Location: Portland, OR
