Position Title: Repair Station Assembler (1st Shift)

Position Description: Protingent Staffing has an exciting direct-hire opportunity for a Repair Station Assembler with our client located in Kirkland, WA.

Job Description:

• This is a high-skill "flex" role for an experienced assembler capable of performing advanced rework and precision soldering on flight-critical hardware.

Job Responsibilities:

• Precision Rework: Perform a wide variety of electronic, electro-mechanical, and mechanical product assembly operations. Execute advanced soldering and rework assignments on returned product components and sub-assemblies.
• Mixed-Model Assembly: Perform repetitive duties in a single-piece flow mixed-model cell, maintaining the ability to perform every assembly operation within the cell as needed.
• Component Installation: Determine and/or follow methods and sequence of operations in performing component installation and fitting on assembly units.
• Precision Tooling: Use a variety of hand tools, including calibrated torque drivers, to make setups and adjustments while holding tight tolerances to work instructions.
• Operational Flexibility: Work across multiple cells to perform basic and advanced assembly tasks, and assist in training other Repair Station Assemblers in processes and practices.
• Engineering & Quality Compliance: Utilize ERS (Engineering Revision Systems) to verify correct drawing revisions and ensure all rework complies with the specific "As-Built" configuration of the hardware.
• Safety & Environment: Adhere to all ESD, FOD, and Uniform Torquing protocols. This is a safety-sensitive position subject to random drug tests per 48 CFR § 252.223-7004.

Job Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: Typically 1-3 years of direct experience in electronics assembly, rework, or a repair station environment.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in electronic mail and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
• Experience utilizing ERS (Engineering Revision/Release Systems) or similar document control software to track part revisions.
• Hands-on experience with ESD, FOD, and specialized torque tools.

• Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday – Thursday | 5:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (4x10 Schedule).
• Salary Range: $20.12-$27.22/hour
• ITAR obligations are associated with this role, U.S. citizenship, U.S. legal permanent resident status, or protected person status under 8 U.S.C. § 1324b(a) (1), (3) is required.
• An offer of employment is contingent on successfully passing a pre-employment background screen and drug test which includes screening for the use of cannabis.
