Job Description
Position Description: Protingent Staffing has an exciting direct hire Systems Engineering Integration Lead opportunity.
Job Responsibilities:
- Apply Systems Engineering principles, methods, and tools to the design of nuclear and industrial facility and its systems.
- Responsible for the development, implementation, and ownership of the project System Engineering Management Plan (SEMP), with interface between the Project Management Plan, Engineering Management Plan, and company Systems Engineering program.
- Develop, implement, and continually monitor an integrated lifecycle management model of project products across the spectrum of design activities (including systems, components, testing, construction, operations, and others).
- Contribute to development and maintenance of the overall company Systems Engineering Program Description and associated project implementation.
- Identify, develop, and implement processes and procedures required to support advancement of plant design through defined project stages of development.
- Assist in the development, maintenance, and implementation of procedures, forms, work guides, tools, and training related to design control, requirements management, configuration management, and other areas in coordination with the area leads.
- Coordinate and lead planning development efforts at a project level, manage expectations for design cycle deliverables and maturity, and assist to incorporate iterations of design into program milestone due dates.
- Support the monitoring and appraisal of design organizations, partners, contractors, and subcontractors’ performance to ensure that standards for design execution and project processes are effectively and correctly implemented.
- Identify, advocate, and resolve deficiencies in process or tool implementation across multiple independent organizations, including issues in base process as well as issues in user implementation.
- Effectively support design reviews and the resolution of cross functional technical concerns.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field, and Minimum 10+ years’ experience in system and integrated product design.
- Experience in a Systems Engineering design environment, such as an INCOSE/NASA/DOE based systems programs, is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of configuration management principles, as well as knowledge of design control and systems engineering tools application on complex industrial applications.
- Experience in software development, relational databases, and configuration management systems/tools desired.
- Process improvement experience, with proven ability to identify needed changes to processes and activities to implement continuous improvement solutions.
- Ability to apply expertise on multiple complex work assignments
- Excellent technical writing, communication, and presentation skills.
- Candidate must be a self-starter and possess ability to perform both individually and as a team contributor.

- Job Type: Direct Hire
- Location: Bellevue, WA.
- Salary Range: $163,702 - $ 226,844.
- Export control regulations require candidates to be a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Legal Permanent Resident, or of a protected person status.
