Position Description: Protingent Staffing has an exciting direct hire opportunity for a Mergers and Acquisitions Associate with our client that is located in Atlanta.
Job Description:
- Client is seeking highly motivated, well-qualified mid-level associates (four to six years of experience) to join its nationally recognized M&A and Corporate Finance practice in our Atlanta office.
Job Qualifications:
- Sophisticated law firm experience on complex corporate or M&A matters
- Managing complex M&A projects and timelines, interacting with subject matter experts and junior resources, preparing equity and asset purchase agreements and ancillary documentation, and conducting and summarizing legal due diligence in M&A transactions, with an emphasis on private equity transactions and private target M&A
- Significant attention to detail and ability to interact successfully with clients, investment bankers, and other advisors
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, analytical skills, and the ability to distill complex information into actionable advice, manage client engagements
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong work ethic, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ownership mentality and the ability to assume a high degree of responsibility.

- Salary Range: $113K - $185K
- Location: Atlanta, GA.
