Position Description: Protingent Staffing has an exciting direct hire opportunity for a Energy, Environmental and Infrastructure Associate with our client onsite in one of their offices below in the US.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in a sophisticated law firm environment managing complex energy and natural resources transactional work (M&A, project development and commercial agreements)
- Experience with renewable energy transactional work (M&A, joint ventures, build-transfer agreements, commercial agreements such as PPAs, O&M Agreements, Shared Facilities Agreements, and procurement contracts for equipment and materials)
- Experience with engineering, procurement and construction contracts for renewable energy generating facilities is advantageous but not a requirement
- Experience with financing transactions in the energy and natural resources sector is advantageous but not a requirement
- Experience in oil and gas is plus, but not a requirement
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple priorities and assume a high degree of responsibility.

- Salary Range: $215,000 to $290,000
