Enterprise Network Engineer

Job Description
Position Description: Protingent Staffing has an exciting contract opportunity located in Bellevue, WA
Job Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and support large-scale enterprise network solutions.
- Act as a trusted technical partner for customers, ensuring smooth operations and quick issue resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve network performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Troubleshoot complex routing, switching, and connectivity issues across diverse environments.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline network operations and configuration management.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Aerospace Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience with major internet routing protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF, MPLS, ISIS).
- 4+ years of experience in Linux/Unix environments.
- 1+ years of automation scripting using Python, Bash, Shell, and/or Perl.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with proven customer-facing experience.
- Demonstrated ownership mindset with the ability to independently manage priorities and deliverables.
- Previous successful engagement with our organization is strongly preferred.
Job Details:
- Job Type: Contract
- Location: Bellevue, WA.
- Pay Rate Range: $95-125/hr.
