Job Description
Position Title: Contingent-Project Manager Infrastructure
Position Description: Protingent Staffing has an exciting contract opportunity for Contingent-Project Manager Infrastructure with our client located in Sunnyvale, CA.
Job Responsibilities:
• Plans and coordinates all aspects of internal information system-specific projects from initiation to delivery.
• Projects often involve network, server, or software implementation and upgrades, PC deployment and the like.
• Coordinates work performed by IT staff and internal customers/partners by defining project requirements,
• Develops detailed project plans and ensure that all implementation processes are completed. These can include resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, ensuring testing occurs and is documented, Monitoring other documentation creation as needed, training and on-time delivery within budget constraints. Projects may vary in number, size and complexity.
• This job manages specific projects that have a distinct beginning and end.
Job Qualifications:
• Required technical skills include understanding of Networking infrastructure, use of MS office applications like word, Excell, PowerPoint etc...
• PMP Certification is must.
• Experience with implementation of IT security solutions preferred of any of the following:
? Network equipment upgrades
? Operating systems upgrades
? Network layer security systems (firewall, network layer control)
? User management, (Password, login management tools)
? End user security software (Antivirus, EDR software, etc...)
? Email security
• Active CISSP certification desirable.
• Some scripting experience highly desirable.
Job Details:
• Contract: 6 months
• Pay Rate: $80-86 / hr
• Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Hybrid- 2 days office)
