Job Description
Position Description: Protingent Staffing has an exciting contract opportunity for a BI Data Integration Engineer with our client located in Santa Clara, CA.
Job Responsibilities:
- We need an experienced BI Data Integration Engineer to work on SAP BODS, HVR and Snowflake platforms.
- The resource should have experience primarily in data warehousing and ELT development on Snowflake platform using Snowflake capabilities like Snow SQLs.
- The resource should also have experience in performance optimization and tuning. Resource will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining data integration solutions using SAP Business Objects Data Services (BODS) and Fivetran HVR application.
- Design, develop, and implement data integration solutions using SAP BODS and HVR.
- Perform data profiling, cleansing, and enrichment activities to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor and troubleshoot HVR replication processes to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Performing data loads, optimizing data for extraction and reporting use, designing and implementing ETL jobs, managing complicated databases by performing suitable database management functions, etc.
- Perform and oversee data loading operations.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and unit test cases.

- Design and implement ETL jobs Build, maintain, monitor, and orchestrate workflows or data pipelines.
Job Qualifications:
- 3+ years of industry experience as an Apache Airflow developer proficiency in Apache Airflow development.
- 2-3 years of snowflake exp
- Expertise in Python and its frameworks strong understanding of data warehouse concepts and ETL tools.
- Experience working in SQL environment.
Job Details:
- Contract
- Pay Range: $78/hr- $84/hr
