Job Description
Position Description: Protingent Staffing has an exciting Direct Hire Senior Staff ASIC Design Engineer opportunity located in Redmond, WA.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support backend digital ASIC design flow.
- Communicate with venders on ASIC design.
- Implement ASIC clock and timing constraints.
- Convert FPGA designs to ASIC ready implementation.
- Design Real-Time Logic (RTL) features.
- Write detailed implementation requirements from high level specifications.
- Develop ASIC test and implementation plan.
- Coach/mentor junior members of RTL and integration teams to complete tasks.
Job Qualifications:
- BS in Electrical Engineering or related field and 10+ years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Has done 2-3 ASIC's
- Knowledge of System Verilog, Verilog, TCL programming languages
- Expert in ASIC Design methodologies from state machine design to DSP implementation
- Experienced in closing timing in ASIC designs.
- Experienced in clock and reset tree implementations.
- Ability to work well in a fast moving and complex environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Independently driven to complete large project tasks

- Salary Range: $171,000 - 220,000k
- ITAR obligations are associated with this role, U.S. citizenship, U.S. legal permanent resident status, or protected person status under 8 U.S.C. § 1324b(a) (1), (3) is required.
