Job Description
Position Description: Protingent Staffing has an exciting contract Assembly Technician opportunity with our client located in Redmond, Washington.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assemble lidar products on an engineering prototype line
- Maintain and operate assembly fixtures
- Inspect incoming components for quality and conformance to print
- Hands-on experience with opto-mechanical components and assembly processes
- Experience reading 2D part and assembly drawings
- Excellent mechanical aptitude
- Basic experience using adhesives (UV cure, thermal cure, mixing and dispensing)
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English
- Experience using MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Required Experience:
- 2+ years relevant experience in opto-mechanical product assembly
- Contract
- Pay rate range: $28-35/h
