Position Title: RF Planning & Optimization Tool Product Support Engineer
Position Description: Protingent Staffing has an direct hire opportunity for an RF Planning & Optimization Tool Product Support Engineer to join our client's team located in Chicago, Illinois.
Job Description:
- Provide technical support and education to existing customers
- Answer inquiries regarding product use and concerns to resolve customer issues
- Be an integral part of the team by acting as a brand ambassador to existing customers
- Employ company procedures to escalate concerns regarding software in order to trouble shoot and resolve obstacles
- Remain well-informed of product developments and knowledgeable of updates within the field
Job Requirements:
- MSEE Degree
- Strong wireless telecommunications background
- 3+ years previous experience providing RF planning & optimization software product and tool support, to existing customers / end users (Tool examples Atoll, iBwave, Asset or Planet).
- Excellent customer service skills, quick learner, self-motivated, attention to detail and exceptional analytical problem-solving skills are preferred.
- Ability to travel occasionally to provide on-site support/training.
- Ability to perform shift work on a rotational basis (between 7am and 7pm Monday-Friday).
