Position Title: Program Manager
Position Description: Protingent Staffing has an exciting direct hire opportunity with our client located in Santa Clara, CA
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Program ownership, including planning, identifying dependencies, schedules, budgeting, risk assessment, resource planning and management, and tracking related program activities

Responsible for communicating program risks, status, changes in scope, schedule and expenses regularly to key stakeholders
-
Drive cross-functional teams to deliver based on product requirements and customer expectations
-
Create an inclusive work environment where every team member can speak freely, be transparent, and are motivated to deliver their best work
-
Manage hardware, software and systems execution threads to deliver a complete product to the market
JOB REQUIREMENTS
-
Bachelors’ or Masters’ Degree in Electronics/Electrical/Computer Engineering
-
10 or more years of relevant experience in a semiconductor or systems company and 5 or more years of experience as a Program Manager

Ability to understand PRD and MRD and work with the team to build a schedule
-
Proficiency in ASIC development workflow including hands-on experience in one or more of the following domains: Architecture, RTL design, Design Verification, Physical Design, Layout, post-silicon Validation/Characterization, Product or Test Engineering

Knowledge of software related activities that goes into building and releasing silicon or large hardware systems

Experience in solving technical problems in pre-silicon or post-silicon environment

Program management and analytical skills, ability to organize information for internal and external consumption
- Expert knowledge of program management tools
- Job Type: Direct Hire
- Salary Range: $150,000 to $180,000 per year
