Position Title: Electronics Assembler

Position Description: Protingent Staffing has an exciting direct hire Electronics Assembler opportunity.

Job Responsibilities:

• Utilize documented procedures to repair electronics
• Perform competently and consistently electronic repairs
• Demonstrate and maintain competent soldering skills
• Meet or exceed expectations established for repair times
• Support the team with creations or improvements in processes and capabilities
• Communicate difficulties to the lead or manager
• Complete training is required for job duties, and demonstrate competency through testing and performance evaluations
• Perform testing of electronics to ensure proper operation after repairs
• Actively participate in process or documentation improvements
• Complete quality control checks on repaired and returned electronics

Job Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalency
• Experience using small/precision hand-held tools
• High degree of hand-eye coordination and finger dexterity.
• Production Floor Qualifications:
• Strong hand dexterity and fine motor skills
• Ability to safely work with chemicals and cleaning agents, following all safety protocols
• Patience and attention to detail when performing repetitive tasks
• Production goal–oriented with the ability to meet daily and weekly output targets
• Experience with mechanical disassembly and reassembly of components
• Assembly experience, including following work instructions and specifications
• Ability to identify defects, wear, or damage during inspection
• Comfortable using hand tools and basic production equipment
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Strong focus on quality, consistency, and process adherence

• Salary Range:$60K-70K.
• Location: Woodinville, WA.
