Technical Marketing Manager

The purpose of this position is to set the marketing strategy for growing a family of antennas for the Wireless Devices division. Will drive a tactical plan for antenna market penetration, revenue and margin growth. Implement marketing plans for catalog products (such as data sheets, application notes, press releases, direct mailers, and advertisements). Coordinate with Program Management and Engineering for introduction of new products within the Channel. Develop and maintain New Product Announcement materials, ensuring that both internal and external sales reps, distributors and end users have accurate and timely product and pricing information and updates.
Bachelors Degree in Marketing preferred, BSEE strong plus.
3 Years minimum antenna design experience. Ideal candidate will have prior FAE/AE experience and/or enjoy working with people in a technical support role. Minimum of 3-5 years in technical marketing.
Wireless application knowledge. Knowledge of WLAN, Cellular networks, 4G/LTE, 5G technologies including LTE and WiMAX as well as public safety radio (UHF/VHF) technologies. Knowledge of the following wireless communications standards: 802.11abgn WLAN; 802.15 Bluetooth 2.x, 3.x; Cellular GSM/GPRS/EDGE, EVDO/HSDPA, LTE; 802.16 WiMAX, GPS, GNSS, FM, NFC knowledge a plus.
Proven ability to understand wireless market trends, a demonstrated ability to creatively multi-task, set priorities, and strong interpersonal skills to direct programs and resolve conflict. Strong organization skills, detail orientation, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
