Position Title: Customer Relations/Complaints Tech
Position Description: Protingent Staffing has an exciting direct hire opportunity with our client in Bothell, Washington.
- Take Customer calls, give info. on products to customers w/ managerial ability to proceed with calls
- Take Tech Service Calls - Receive complaints, troubleshoot equipment, diagnose, fix issues over phone in professional manner and get positive results
- Deal with warranty procedures
- Deal with multiple service centers calling for parts and potential recall scenarios
- Have or gain Regulated Environment ISO/FDA Medical knowledge/understanding for the job
- Self driven, individually successful
- Potential managerial skills to manage personnel - multiple people
- Reports to Service Eng. Mgr.
- Some irregular travel and typically locally based.
