Position Title: Customer Relations/Complaints Tech

Position Description:  Protingent Staffing has an exciting direct hire opportunity with our client in Bothell, Washington.

Job Requirements:
  • Take Customer calls, give info. on products to customers w/ managerial ability  to proceed with calls
  • Take Tech Service Calls - Receive complaints, troubleshoot equipment, diagnose, fix issues over phone in professional manner and get positive results 
  • Deal with warranty procedures
  • Deal with multiple service centers calling for parts and potential recall scenarios
  • Have or gain Regulated Environment  ISO/FDA Medical knowledge/understanding  for the job
  • Self driven, individually successful
  • Potential  managerial skills to manage personnel -   multiple people
  • Reports to Service Eng. Mgr.
  • Some irregular travel and typically locally based.
