Position Title: UX Designer 4

Position Description: Protingent Staffing has an exciting contract UX Designer 4 opportunity with our client 100% Remote (anywhere in US is acceptable).

Job Responsibilities:

This team is focused on enabling and optimizing the end-to-end customer journey for all our products, services, and channels.
Reimagining and designing end-to-end commerce and ecosystem experiences and create design system.
Our client is looking for designer who can understand and is comfortable with complex problems, conceptualize creative solutions, be at fore front of designing Generative Artificial intelligence experiences, has a solid user centered product design process, and has a diverse portfolio.
This role provides the opportunity to get your foot in the door with the client. People who do an amazing job will most likely be considered for future requests/roles.
Unique Selling Points: Exposure to the largest scale design systems available on the planet. The opportunity to work with highly skilled designers and engineers.
Help envision and create the right design solutions whether in known or highly ambiguous situations.
Be a strong voice for the user and ensure Inclusive Design practices are implemented.
Create scenarios, process flows, information architecture diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, UI pattern libraries, interaction guidelines and other artifacts required to develop and evolve designs for a set of products, tools, and services.
Work collaboratively on a larger design team made up of interaction designers, visual designers, motion designers and front-end developers focused on end-to-end experiences.
Follow coherent patterns and guidelines or help create them as applicable.
Execute all design activities with high-quality and thoroughness.
Purpose of the Team: The purpose of this team is design system team. Eco systems experiences.
This role will be for the client's reactors site. Assistance with redesign of visual interaction. Bring it up to parody with the other ecosystem experience within the org.
Key projects: This role will contribute to the above and have experience with FLUENT a soft design system (not required but would be nice).
Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm:
The role will consist of 60% heads down design work and the rest of the time partnering with the designer and the engineering team for feedback on details.

Job Qualifications:

Must have 2-3 years’ experience with FIGMA.
3+ overall years of experience in the field. What is most important to the client is the quality of the candidate and someone who can think through the problems in a user centric way.
No degree is required to be eligible for this role. Having the right skills is most important.
The ideal resume would contain a portfolio that has numerous B2B type websites. Business apps portfolio with good visuals.
Experience in software design and development.
Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch and other relevant design tools.
Experience shipping mobile, web, or software products within tight milestone deadlines.
Demonstrable ability to work with program management, engineering, and research.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Details:

Job Type: Contract
Location: Remote
Pay Range: $58/hr. to $76/hr.
An offer of employment is contingent on successfully passing a background check, and applicants who do not successfully pass a background check will not be considered for employment.
ITAR obligations are associated with this role, U.S. citizenship, U.S. legal permanent resident status, or protected person status under 8 U.S.C. § 1324b(a) (1), (3) is required.
