Position Title:  Technical Recruiter

Position Description:  Protingent Staffing has an exciting contract opportunity with our client in Redmond WA for experienced Technical Recruiter. This position is responsible for all phases of recruiting process.

Job Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience required.
  • Experience with both technical and non-technical sourcing/recruiting.
  • 3+ years experience with various applicant tracking systems and HRIS systems. SilkRoad/OpenHire preferred.
  • Strong skills in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and solve moderately complex problems.
  • Ability to prioritize work based on business needs.
  • Ability to deal with rapidly changing situations and a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
  • Highly organized with excellent influential/verbal/ written communication skills.
  • Team player who displays sense of urgency
  • Bachelor' s degree preferred.
