Position Description: Protingent Staffing has an exciting contract Sr Sales Recruiter opportunity with our client located in Santa Clara, California.
Job Description:
- We are looking for a Contract Senior Sales Recruiter to join our team. We’re growing and building out a top-notch recruiting team, making this an incredible opportunity to have a major impact on both the team and the company.
Job Responsibilities:
- Engage as trusted Talent Acquisition adviser to develop recruiting strategy and operational plan to a diverse set of GTM clients. Familiarity with any of these groups (Sales, Sales Leadership, Pre Sales Engineering & Architecture) would be amazing, a few of these areas would be great
- Partner with hiring managers on seamless screening, interview panel identification, decision huddles, offer delivery strategy, and inform onboarding and integration plan
- Manage the candidate experience flawlessly from first touch point to offer extension and acceptance.
- Develop sourcing and recruiting strategies that deliver key results in high growth environment
- Develop metrics and reporting to drive continuous process and strategy improvement
- Partner with the business to craft engaging job descriptions that engage active and passive candidates in our story.
- Consistently source, build and deliver robust, diverse talent pipelines
- Partner with key stakeholders including HR Business Partners, Total Rewards team, Finance Business Partners, Interview Coordination team and more to ensure alignment of key internal decision points.
Job Qualifications:
- Your Talent Acquisition Knowledge, relation building finesse, and strong focus on results and relationships.
- Ability to educate, enable, and empower hiring managers and colleagues across the TA life cycle to deliver excellence and results.
- A minimum of 5-7+ years of experience
- Demonstrable track record of achievement and success sourcing and hiring passive candidates in highly competitive landscape
- Familiarity with critical roles in any of these groups - Sales, Sales Leadership, Technical, etc.
- Ability to articulate our value proposition and story to candidates
- Willingness to establish relationships by phone, video conference, and in person
- Experience partnering and influencing senior hiring managers and executives throughout the recruiting cycle
- Authoritative knowledge in direct sourcing and effective interviewing techniques
- Successfully deliver on all deadlines and precisely execute in a very fast-paced environment
- Strong negotiation skills.

- Has deep understanding of a specific recruiting pipeline or function. Subject Matter Expert in a specific recruiting pipeline(s)
- Demonstrates thorough understanding of how to find important insights on talent markets; create, present and leverage market insights to influence recruiting strategy. Exhibits keen insight of external talent market and brings that insight to the team/client group to increase impact.
- Shares expert knowledge of external talent market and leverages that insight to the team/client group to increase impact.
- Seen as a proactive and insightful partner to recruiters, sourcers and hiring partners.
- Influences and drives recruiting strategy for own reqs; proactive and insightful partner to recruiters/sourcers and hiring partners.
- Influences and contributes to overall team/pipeline strategy. Challenges status quo and offers and implements productive and pro-active solutions.
- Is able to unblock, report, and influence with data. Exhibits strong knowledge of Recruiting tools, process and best practices.
- Takes accountability for diversity recruiting for roles in support of broader team/company aspirations.
- Tackles ambiguous problems and manages competing priorities with minimal guidance, knowing when to escalate appropriately
- Executes with little or no oversight, demonstrates good judgement and identifies areas for improvement in processes
- Contributes to and sometimes leads recruiting initiatives and defined projects, in line with Recruiting strategy and priorities as needed with an eye toward continuous improvement
- Proactively builds relationships with hiring managers/team members/x-functional partners.
- Proactively develops internal network in support of gaining insights and improving ability to get things done, shares best practices with the team with a focus on driving greater impact for clients.
- Develops knowledge of recruiting/sourcing strategies, consulting with hiring partners on best courses of action, and to ensure clients and teammates are informed and connected to relevant information as appropriate.
- Is a strategic and thoughtful steward of company resources,

- Job Type: Contract
- Pay Rate: $54.86-$59.86 an hour
- Location: Remote.
