Program Manager
Job Description
Position Description: Protingent Staffing has an exciting Direct Hire Program Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
- Will be managing one or two large existing programs as the lead.
- Will be capturing new business with proposals, demos and customer meetings etc.
- Lead account management and overall program success/growth in customer facing.
- Minimum of 5+ years relevant work experience.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with willingness to obtain a CI or FS Polygraph.
- Must have DoD experience.
- Must have project management experience and BD/Capture experience.
- Must be able to be onsite, but may require occasional travel to industry conferences, exercises or out of town customer meetings.
- Comfortable working in a very technical environment.
- Experience running government programs.
- Strong developer experience.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Experienced solving challenging problems.

- Location: Various locations
- Targeted Salary Range: $200-220K
- ITAR obligations are associated with this role, U.S. citizenship, U.S. legal permanent resident status, or protected person status under 8 U.S.C. § 1324b(a) (1), (3) is required.
